Job Description

• The Inside Sales Coordinator job entails identifying relevant prospects, contacting them through telephone and persuading them to be a part of our e-Training / Webinar .
• Developing and maintaining lead database
• Updating client details in the Customer Relationship Management system
• Answer enquiry calls and respond to emails
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
• Generate Sales and meet monthly targets
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Presenting and describing the benefits of our trainings to the prospects and timely follow-ups to ensure their participation.
• Primarily handling inbound/outbound telemarketing, coordinating with email and mailing efforts across all sales channels
• Liaising with marketing to assist in event follow-up and mail campaigns.
• Developing and maintaining the required knowledge of the company and its services to identify customer needs and maximize the opportunity.

Candidate Profile:
• Night Shift clock in - US Shift – 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST
• Should have very good communication skills.
• Should have good negotiation Skills.
• Should be a strong Sales Person with Go Getter Attitude.
• Good team player within a target-driven environment
• Courteous with strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, negotiation skills required.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Strong decision making skills.
