In conjunction with team members and stakeholders of the project, this role will be focused on developing strategic recommendations and providing effective analytic support and guidance.
Following an iterative approach the Business Analyst is responsible for documenting, analyzing and recommending solutions for automating procurement processes.
Develop user requirements, business requirements and functional requirements.
Create use cases, test cases and traceability matrices.
Author report specifications, diagram business processes and create training material.
Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the department, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
This Analyst should be someone who is intellectually curious, has an analytical mindset and is willing to utilize their analytical strengths to solve systemic problems within the department.
Document all processes, procedures, benchmarks, and analyses performed.
Participate in designing business and software solutions.
Define test cases and test applications.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential.
Strong analytical, evaluation, problem solving and judgment skills.
Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies.
Experience with software testing and writing test scripts.
